To complete your upgrade:

• Watch your inbox for our email – this will contain your license key.

• When you have the email, copy the key to your clipboard.

• To use it: restart Flashback Pro and click ‘Enter license key’.

If you haven’t received the email, check your spam folder and wait a minute or two. Occasionally our payment processor needs to make more security checks and your upgrade could be delayed. If you’re not upgraded in an hour, contact us.

If you need to send the license key to someone else

An email with your purchase confirmation and license key will arrive in a few minutes. If you don’t see it:

• First, check your spam folder.

• In some cases, our payment processor needs to conduct more security checks, so if you haven’t received your key in an hour, please contact us.

Purchase orders

If you’ve selected to buy with a Purchase Order, you’ll receive your license key when payment is processed.

To see your licenses and upgrade them

You can view all your licenses, add Maintenance Plans and add more users at https://account.flashbackrecorder.com
