Do I have an account?
If you have purchased a Pro license, then you must have an account. It is not possible to purchase a license without one.
If you cannot remember which email address you used, contact us with as many of the following as possible:
- Your licence key
- The order number from your receipt email (it will look like BBS_xxxxx)
- Any possible email addresses that you might have used
How do I log into my account?
You can login to your account at https://secure.blueberryonlinestore.com/Login.aspx.
To login you, you will need to enter the email address and password that you entered when purchasing your license.
How do I reset my password?
If you enter the email address used for your account here, we will send you a password reset email.
(The link in the password reset email will expire after a few hours so please use it promptly)
How do I change the email address for my account?
If you still have access to your account, log in and then use the Change Password option on the Edit Profile page.
If you can no longer access your account, contact us.
Can multiple users manage a company account?
Yes. If you have created a company account, we can add extra users to it who will also be able to manage the licenses.
