Frequently Asked Questions
What do you mean by a lifetime license?
You get use of the version of FlashBack that you’ve purchased, forever. You’ll get updates that include bugfixes and improvements, but not Major Upgrades that include new features. Major Upgrades can be obtained in one of two ways:
a) Purchase the Major Upgrade priced at 60% of normal software license price.
b) Purchase Premium Support priced at 30% of normal software license price. Premium Support is valid for one year and includes free major upgrades, phone support and priority support via email.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. Your payment details are processed by Braintree, one of the world’s top payment processors. We neither process nor store any details of your credit card or Paypal account.
Can I install FlashBack on multiple PCs with one license?
If you buy a single user licence, this can only be installed on one PC. If you need to move the licence from one PC to another, uninstall FlashBack from the first PC before installing it on the second. If you need to run FlashBack on more than one PC, you can buy multiple licences on the checkout page.
What happens after I've paid?
We’ll send you your full license key by email. You can enter this into FlashBack to immediately license the application.
