Run the installer
Double-click the downloaded file and then follow the instructions to install.

Launch Video Converter
Use the shortcuts that are added to your desktop and Windows start menu to launch Video Converter.

Begin converting
Drag you videos into the app window, choose a new format and then hit the Convert button.
