This can happen if your PC’s display is using a very large resolution with a high scaling applied to it your Windows display settings.
To correct it:
- Open the Tools menu
- Go to Player Options…
- Go to the Appearance tab
- Enable the ‘Ignore Windows Scaling’ option and click OK
- Restart the Player
