Sending an Error Report with log files

If you encounter a problem or error (such as a crash) and need to send us your error logs so we can investigate, you can send us a problem reprot as follows:

  1. Have either app running
  2. Open the Help menu
  3. Click ‘Report a Problem’.
  4. Complete the form that appears and send it to us.

If your problem is preventing you from starting FlashBack, the alternative method is:

  1. Open your Windows Start menu.
  2. Type “Report Problem to Blueberry” and click the shortcut that appears
  3. Complete the form that appears and send it to us.
