A single FlashBack licence can be registered to one PC at a time
However, you can remove a license from a PC by logging into your account and using the Manage Licence Usage option on the Your Licenses – Purchases and Trials page to Remove the the PC that you want to transfer it from. You will then be able to reuse the licence key on a different PC
